  • Support annual beam scanning in water phantoms and other specialized QA measurements under direct QMP supervision.
  • Maintain proper inventory, calibration status, and storage of QA instruments and testing equipment.

Dosimetry Assistance & Treatment Planning Support

  • Prepare and import image datasets, structure sets, and other planning data into the treatment planning system.
  • Assist with basic contouring tasks, plan setup, and documentation under the supervision of a dosimetrist or physicist.
  • Support the generation and documentation of treatment plans as directed.

Commissioning & Technology Implementation

  • Assist in collecting and organizing reference and commissioning data for new equipment and software under the direction of a QMP.
  • Support validation of treatment planning algorithms and equipment functionality by following QMP-designed protocols.

Process Improvement & Documentation

  • Assist with updating and maintaining quality control protocols, procedure documents, and testing records.
  • Enter and maintain accurate documentation within the radiation oncology EMR and physics QA systems.
