Create and refine dynamic scheduling processes that maximize workforce efficiency and boost productivity.
Assess staffing demands and predict upcoming scheduling needs to stay ahead.

At least 12 months of proven experience in scheduling or workforce management in the BPO sector
BS Math, Accountancy, or Computer Science
Must be amenable to start ASAP
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
Highly proficient in scheduling software and Microsoft Excel to streamline processes
Willingness and ability to work onsite in Makati with flexible working hours
Expertise in juggling multiple priorities efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
