• Provide first-level IT support to all hotel departments and colleagues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, telephones, and other IT equipment.
• Support and maintain hotel systems, including Wi-Fi, email, and other operational systems.
• Monitor network connectivity and ensure stable and secure IT services throughout the hotel.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, passwords, and system permissions.
• Perform regular maintenance, updates, backups, and security checks of IT systems.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of IT equipment, software, and licenses.
• Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for technical support and maintenance.
• Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and new technology implementations.
• Ensure compliance with hotel IT policies, procedures, and cybersecurity standards.
• Provide basic IT training and guidance to colleagues when required.
• Maintain proper documentation of IT issues, solutions, configurations, and maintenance activities.
• Perform other IT-related duties as assigned by the IT Manager.
