Junior UI/UX Designer

Who you are:

• 2+ years of experience in product design.
• Expertise in designing and prototyping in Figma.
• High bar for quality, with excellent visual, UI and mobile interaction skills.
• Service design mindset, framing problems in the context of our UX strategy while executing at low levels of detail.
• Great English communication (minimum B2) and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• You always create clickable prototypes while discussing your UX solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, LottieFiles, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into compelling design solutions.
• Proven ability to create micro interactions, UX gamification and business understanding in the past worked projects.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
