The Posting

We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to join Procore’s Revenue Operations Team. In this role, you’ll serve as the dedicated business partner to Procore AI (formerly Datagrid), turning go-to-market data into clear insight and action. You’ll own the reporting, forecasting, and process improvements that help the Procore AI team grow pipeline, close deals, and scale efficiently.

As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you’ll partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance leaders to build reporting, refine processes, and guide data-driven decisions across the Procore AI revenue lifecycle. Use your analytical rigor, systems expertise, and communication skills to turn complex data into proactive recommendations that drive revenue growth. You’ll help shape how Procore brings AI to the construction industry, and your work will directly influence the strategy of one of Procore’s most important new products. Apply today and help us build the operational foundation for Procore AI’s next stage of growth.

This position reports into the Director of Revenue Operations and will be based in our Austin Office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with Procore AI sales, marketing, and customer success leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into analytics and operational solutions.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track pipeline, bookings, conversion, retention, and other key performance indicators for Procore AI.
  • Analyze funnel performance, sales productivity, and customer data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities, then present clear recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Support forecasting and pipeline reviews by ensuring data accuracy and delivering timely, reliable insights to leadership.
  • Improve and document go-to-market processes, including lead routing, opportunity management, and handoffs between teams, to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Maintain data integrity in Salesforce and related GTM systems by defining standards, auditing records, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Support territory, quota, and compensation planning for the Procore AI team in collaboration with Sales Operations and Finance.
  • Collaborate with RevOps, Sales Systems, and Data teams to integrate Procore AI processes, data, and tooling into Procore’s broader revenue operations framework.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business operations, or a related analytical role, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (or a comparable CRM) and a reporting tool such as Snowflake, Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and working knowledge of SQL.
  • Understanding of SaaS go-to-market metrics, including pipeline coverage, conversion rates, ACV, net revenue retention, and sales cycle length.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain data to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A proactive, curious, and collaborative mindset, with comfort working in a fast-moving, ever-changing, early-stage product environment.
  • Experience with AI or emerging-technology products and familiarity with the construction industry are a plus. No certifications are required, though Salesforce Administrator or analytics certifications are a plus.
