Design technical architectures aligned with Ministry-approved standards.
Ensure the use of approved technologies such as .NET, Angular, and SQL Server.
Develop secure digital applications and services following secure coding standards.
Design and implement integrations with internal and external systems using APIs, ESB, and middleware technologies.
Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines.
Prepare technical and architectural documentation.

Excellent architectural and technical leadership skills.
