Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Duration: 1+ Year

Job Description:

• Establish and manage detailed project plans and schedules for assigned projects.
• Ensure project milestones and key tasks are accomplished, and overall timelines are met.
• Proactively review and validate deployment project plans identifying risks, issues, and gaps that could impact project timelines and goals; develop corresponding mitigation plans in collaboration with their management and cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate and recap project status meetings with key stakeholders on a regular basis
• Report project status to key stakeholders.
• Develop and present project status information in the form of briefings and project coordination meetings.
• Maintain effective business and field communications and relationships
• Coordinate the scheduling of deployments, and ensure deployment entrance criteria have been achieved.
• Responsible for interdepartmental project coordination and communication – including National/Corporate and Division resources.
• Manage project document repository.
• Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in Cable/Telecommunications industry preferred.
• 5 to 7+ years of experience working on complex, innovative projects
• Demonstrated project management experience and expertise.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• Ability to balance competing priorities in a very dynamic/fast paced environment.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills required.
• Planning, prioritizing and organizational skills required.
• Effective meeting facilitation, planning, and management skills required.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with limited direction.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
