The Posting

We are looking for a driven, commercially minded Sales Development Manager to spearhead our growth across North America. This is a hunter role, focused on building and expanding relationships with new and existing clients in two key segments: dealer groups and fleet operators.
As the primary commercial contact, you will position our full suite of supply chain and logistics services—backed by our extensive North American processing centers—as a competitive advantage for enterprise clients.
*This is a hybrid role that requires onsite presence in our Parsippany, NJ office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.*
WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Identify, target, and win new accounts across the US and Canada while growing existing key relationships.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process—from initial cold outreach and qualification to pitch presentation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Sell tailored supply chain solutions, including remarketing transport, D2C delivery, vehicle processing, and upfitting services.
  • Partner with operations and solution design teams to build custom, winning proposals.
  • Maintain an active, high-volume pipeline with accurate forecasting in our CRM.
  • Represent the company at North American industry events and client meetings.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • 10+ Years of B2B Sales Experience: Proven track record in automotive, fleet logistics, supply chain, or transportation services.
  • Demonstrated history of prospecting and closing new accounts, not just managing existing portfolios.
  • IStrong preference for experience selling directly to fleet managers, dealer groups, or OEM financial arms.
  • Exceptional communication skills, comfortable navigating multi-stakeholder deals, and capable of managing a large territory independently.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the US and Canada.

The starting salary range $150,000-$170,000, depending on experience.
