Quantity Surveyor Infrastructure / Data Centre

**Job Title:** Quantity Surveyor (Infrastructure / Data Centre)
**Job Summary:**

• Site-based role for a Quantity Surveyor with 4–5 years of experience in infrastructure, data centre, or similar large-scale projects.
• Focuses on cost control, measurements, and contract administration in a fast-paced site environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Prepare quantity take-offs, measurements, and progress valuations.
• Assist with interim claims, variations, and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and site progress.
• Support procurement and subcontractor pricing.
• Verify site measurements and work completion.
• Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors.

**Requirements:**

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• 4–5 years of Quantity Surveying experience, preferably site-based.
• Experience in infrastructure or data centre projects is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working on site.
