The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Join as a Solutions Engineer (Product Expert) supporting housing products after implementation. You will develop deep expertise in a product area and connect customer needs with engineering and customer success teams.

What you'll do

• Serve as the technical expert for a housing product area such as leasing, maintenance, or customer relationship management.
• Analyze customer data and API integrations to diagnose issues and identify trends.
• Triage technical escalations independently and coordinate code-level fixes with engineering.
• Support onboarding and data migrations during product rollouts.
• Partner with product and customer success to improve the customer experience.

Requirements

What we're looking for

• 3 to 7 years of relevant solutions engineering or post-sales technical experience.
• Demonstrated post-sales ownership of implementation, troubleshooting, or escalation support.
• Experience developing deep expertise in a complex, multi-product platform.
• Hands-on API integration and data-layer troubleshooting skills.
• A bachelor's degree in a technical field and clear customer-facing communication.
• Comfort working independently in a fast-moving startup environment.

Bonus points

• B2B SaaS experience.
• Technical product management, technical account management, or founder experience combined with post-sales ownership.
