Manage stakeholder communication, steering reviews, decision tracking, and status reporting
Drive risk, issue, dependency, and change management throughout the project lifecycle
Oversee solution design alignment, testing readiness, cutover planning, and go-live execution
Support user readiness, business adoption, and post-implementation transition to support teams
