Responsible for Collaborating with the Product stake holders on project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings.
Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress.
Ensure the teams are practicing Scrum agile and SAFE agile principles.
Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
Identify and remove impediments, prevent distractions.
Facilitate discussion and conflict resolution.
Assist as needed with backlog maintenance.
Empower the team to self-organize.
Collaborate with other teams and release Management to develop enterprise release plans.
Serve as liaison between technical and non-technical departments.
Participate proactively in developing and maintaining standards, tools, and best practices within the team and across the organization.
Establish a sense of urgency to complete tasks in a timely, cost-effective manner with quality.
