Position Overview:

We are seeking a Client Service Associate to support customers with travel coordination, reservation assistance, and overall service excellence. Key Responsibilities:

Support the reservation process for flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages
Communicate professionally with clients regarding travel details and timelines
Review booking information for accuracy and completeness
Maintain organized client records and documentation
Provide follow-up support before and after travel
