Shift Handling activity , Breakdown handling and shift reporting
Root cause analysis, CAPA and proactive approaches
Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
Knowledge of PLC, servo drives, transducer, SPM , Assembly stations
ST programming understanding, diagnosis and process mapping
CAPA implementation, PM and predictive check sheet upgradation
Familiar with SAP, I4.0, Robotics, Drawing study

Ensure timely and high-quality repairs of equipment and infrastructure
Manage spare parts inventory and procurement

Maintain compliance with regulatory and environmental standards
Manage audits and inspections to identify risks and improvement areas
Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
Supervise, train, and mentor maintenance staff and contractors
