We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Contract Administration to join a leading organization in Saudi Arabia.
We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Contract Administration to join a leading organization in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement activities from Purchase Requisition to PO closure
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Source, evaluate, and coordinate with vendors
- Prepare procurement compliance documents, including SSJ & SEF
- Coordinate supplier registration and required documentation
- Maintain centralized PO records and tracking
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports
- Follow up on POs from issuance through closure
- Support continuous improvement of procurement workflows and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Contract Administration
- Experience with PRs, POs, supplier coordination and procurement processes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and procurement systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
