Requires a Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering degree Add Degree of Diploma /Tool and Die making
10-15 years of experience or equivalent relevant experience.

3D CAD Modelling (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, or equivalent)
Engineering Calculations and Mechanical Analysis
Materials Selection and Application Engineering
GD&T (ASME Y14.5) and Tolerance Stack-up Analysis

SAP familiarity (ERP system)
Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement Methodologies
Engineering Documentation and Reporting
Knowledge of ISO Standards, including ISO 2768
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Knowledge of a variety of metal fabrication methods, including Sheet Metal, Welding, Machining, and Plating.
Strong teamwork and collaborative skills
Knowledge in Lean
Manufacturing in an OEM/Capital Equipment production environment preferred
knowledge in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to execute in a fast paced and dynamic environment
