The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Manage a caseload of workers' compensation defense matters from opening through appeal in a collaborative, remote-first setting. The role combines case valuation, strategy work with colleagues and ongoing communication with clients and claims professionals. Training is provided for litigators moving into this practice area.

What you'll do

  • Working knowledge of workers' compensation or civil litigation procedure.
  • Strong client-facing communication and a personable, approachable manner.
  • Comfort with a minimum of 220 billable hours per month.
  • Willingness to learn and follow the firm's approach, including a conservative approach to billing.
