• Oversee daily gardening and landscaping operations, ensuring all tasks are executed with meticulous care, eco-friendly practices, and in strict alignment with property standards.
• Lead and mentor the landscaping team, ensuring the safe and professional use of all tools and equipment, while supervising their proper storage and maintenance post-use.
• Inspect work areas upon task completion to guarantee cleanliness and safety, while proactively identifying, reporting, or resolving any potential hazards.
• Assist in operational planning, task delegation, and on-the-job training to consistently maintain the highest level of landscape quality.
