Requirements

• SFA searchers are typically highly motivated MBA graduates, committed to being CEOs.
• SFA accepts only solo searchers; no partnerships please.
• SFA only backs searchers conducting nationwide searches in the U.S.
• SFA requires searchers to have U.S. work authorization.
