Our client is a law firm.
The role

The position offers meaningful courtroom and arbitration exposure and a clear path to greater responsibility.
What you'll do
- Manage active workplace defense cases day to day, from individual claims to representative and class actions.
- Drive the discovery process, including drafting and arguing motions and handling depositions for both sides of the table.
- Build courtroom and arbitration skills, with chances to support at hearings and trials and step into larger roles over time.
- Counsel employers on complex questions of workplace law.
- Collaborate with partners and clients to shape case strategy from start to finish.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- Roughly 3 to 7 years of litigation experience after bar admission, focused on California workplace law.

- Practical experience with discovery, motion practice, depositions and case management.
- Experience with wage-and-hour representative actions and class action litigation.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach and a clear commitment to building a career in this practice area.
