Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and overall project progress
Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams
Supervise electrical installation works to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion
Monitor manpower, materials, costs, and project resources
Review drawings, specifications, and resolve site technical issues
Identify and manage project risks, delays, and site constraints
Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates
Coordinate testing, commissioning, inspection, and project handover
Ensure all works comply with HDB requirements, relevant electrical standards, and safety regulations
Provide technical guidance and leadership to the project team

Minimum 6–10 years' experience as a Project Manager / Project Engineer in electrical construction
Minimum 1 completed HDB BTO project is REQUIRED
Experience in HDB, residential, or building electrical projects is preferred
Strong knowledge of electrical installation, testing, and commissioning
Good understanding of project scheduling, cost control, and manpower planning
Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Able to work independently and manage multiple project activities
