Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing:

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
• Utilize diverse channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and networking events to identify potential candidates.
• Screen resumes to assess candidate suitability and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate and organize interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with team members to enhance sourcing processes and practices.

Market Research:

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing.
• Leverage cutting-edge technology tools for recruitment and maintain a strong presence on social media platforms to attract top talent.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a knack for connecting with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Flourishes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and thrives on adapting to change.

• Good understanding of the technology industry with proven results.
