The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Partner with senior business stakeholders at large organizations, pairing data analysis with project management to turn open-ended questions into practical recommendations. Work closely with product and engineering colleagues so that field insights shape what gets built.

What you'll do

• Hold frequent conversations with senior executives at large organizations to learn about their goals and day-to-day hurdles.
• Use SQL to examine client data, confirm its quality, find gaps and make sure recommendations rest on dependable evidence.
• Collaborate with product and engineering colleagues to design and roll out tailored, scalable solutions informed by what you see in the field.
• Own client workstreams, including chairing steering committee meetings, to keep delivery on track.
• Convert complex data and client feedback into clear strategies that inform the product roadmap.

Requirements

What we're looking for

• Experience chairing steering committee meetings with executives.
• A background in a small, quick-moving company at an early point in its growth.
• Hands-on SQL skills for analyzing and validating large datasets.
• Experience using AI tools well beyond basic chatbot use.
• Ability to work with product and engineering teams to turn customer needs into product improvements.
• Willingness to travel about 25% of the time based on client and business needs.

• Prior consulting work on AI-related initiatives at a well-known consulting firm.

• Base salary: USD 160,000 to 200,000 per year
