MAIN FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conscientiousness, attention to detail, and good work organization
- Analytical thinking skills and the ability to draw conclusions from data
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to develop in the areas of marketing, Customer Experience, and data analysis
- Very good knowledge of Excel, specifically: o Power Query o Pivot tables o Working with large datasets
- Ability to prepare and update marketing reports
- Interest in Power BI, CRM systems (especially Salesforce), and process automation (e.g., Power Automate) would be an asset
- Interest in the Customer Journey and customer path analysis; readiness to perform operational tasks, including: o Verifying the correctness of marketing forms o Checking data quality and completeness o Testing processes and reporting irregularities
- Good command of English, enabling work with business materials and system
