What You’ll Do

As a Production Associate, you’ll play a hands-on role in keeping our operations running safely, efficiently, and on time. You’ll work alongside a team that values hard work, accountability, and taking care of one another.

Available Shifts and Hours: 1st Shift - 6:00 am - 2:00 pm

2nd Shift - 2:00 pm -10:00 pm

3rd Shift - 10:00 pm - 6:00 am

Hourly Pay Rate: $16/hour + shift prem for 2nd/3rd $.50

💰 Earn a $1,000 Sign-On Bonus!

Your hard work pays off! Earn a $1,000 sign-on bonus paid in four installments as you reach 90, 180, 270, and 360 days of employment. You must remain actively employed with IPC to receive each payment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Safely operating production equipment and tools
• Assembling, repairing, or processing pallets and related materials
• Following all safety procedures and proactively identifying hazards
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Meeting productivity and quality expectations
• Communicating effectively with supervisors and teammates
• Supporting continuous improvement efforts

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Team-first mindset with clear communication skills
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is helpful, but not required

Work Environment

• Our facilities are not climate controlled
• Comfortable working in hot summer and cold winter conditions
• Physical requirements include standing, lifting, bending, and repetitive motion throughout the shift
