About the Role

Due to a sharp increase in new high-end Print Production products, we are looking to fill a Field Service Technician position to join our Brisbane Print Production team, providing outstanding service and support to our valuable customer base.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation and support of Colour and B&W print production equipment and ancillary products with associated software & service solutions.

Working within the Brisbane Team, you will ensure customer satisfaction through on-site Corrective and Preventative maintenance on customer equipment. This role works within a team of dedicated technicians and reports directly to the State Service Delivery Manager.

As part of your role, you will receive practical benefits including a company-provided vehicle, mobile phone, and other tools necessary to help you succeed on the job and stay connected with your team.

Previous experience in the Print Production industry is highly desirable and will be looked upon favourably, although not essential for the right candidate in a similar industry looking to start their career in a hands-on technical role with fantastic learning and development opportunities.
