¿Te apasiona el liderazgo, la gestión comercial y el desarrollo de personas? En Natura & Avon estamos buscando un talento como tú para liderar nuestra red en la zona de Ovalle, Illapel, Corral de Palos/Llanos y La Canela.

What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

Como Supervisora de Ventas serás un referente de liderazgo e impacto social. Tu misión principal será acompañar, capacitar y potenciar a nuestra red de Líderes y Consultoras de Negocio, impulsando el crecimiento comercial sostenible y llevando los valores e innovación de Natura y Avon a terreno.

Requisitos:

• Formación: Deseable título profesional o universitario en Ingeniería Comercial, Administración, Relaciones Públicas, Comunicación Social, Pedagogía/Docencia o áreas afines.
• Experiencia Indispensable:
• Venta directa, desarrollo comercial o gestión de intangibles (seguros, Isapres, banca, capacitación, etc.).
• Manejo y desarrollo de cartera de clientes/equipos.
• Análisis de indicadores comerciales y elaboración de informes.
• Experiencia en docencia, capacitación o facilitación de grupos.
• Licencia de conducir vigente clase B (Indispensable para el desplazamiento en la ruta asignada).
• Residencia: Exclusivamente con residencia estratégica en La Serena o Coquimbo (para facilitar la cobertura del sector).
• Herramientas Técnicas: Manejo de Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Redes Sociales y apertura hacia herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial.

• Capacidad de planificación, organización y autonomía en terreno.
