ENGINEERING

Cardboard is a video editor you can talk to. Describe the video you want, and our agent builds the edit on a real timeline. It runs in the browser and as a Mac app.

We're hiring a Product Engineer (Fullstack) to own features end to end, then watch people use them and decide what's next.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Product features across the stack, from the editor to the services behind it.
• Getting more people from an idea to a finished video.
• A fast, reliable editor, even on big projects.

WHO YOU ARE

• You've shipped product people use, and made the product calls along the way.
• You're strong across the stack and notice when something feels slow or janky.
• You'd rather ship something small today than plan something big for a month.
• Bonus: creative tools, video, or real-time editors.

HOW WE WORK

• You own outcomes, not tickets: decide what to build, ship it, and check it worked.
• You talk to users and look at the data.
• You build with AI agents every day, and you're the taste and judgment in the loop.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Within your first six months:

• You own an area of the product, and the team comes to you for decisions about it.
• You've shipped things users rely on every week, and can show how they changed usage.

WHAT YOU GET
