Founding Growth Lead

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join an early-stage consumer technology team to own and operationalize its go-to-market motion as it expands into new US cities. You will work closely with a co-founder to develop a repeatable launch playbook and help make growth execution more scalable.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build and refine go-to-market playbooks for launches in new cities.
• Coordinate launch budgets, partnerships, timelines, and creative strategies across in-person and digital channels.
• Track growth metrics and optimize performance at the city level.
• Manage or oversee user-generated content creators and partnership channels.
• Travel with the team for two to three week launch sprints in new markets.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Two to ten years of experience in growth or go-to-market operations at a Series A to C consumer startup.
• Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategy for a consumer app, marketplace, or other consumer technology business.
• Background in an early-stage startup, consulting, or investment banking.
• Experience owning growth, go-to-market, or operations workstreams end to end, including data analysis and operational modeling.
• Comfort making decisions and taking action in ambiguous, self-directed environments without established playbooks.
• A degree from a highly regarded university.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary is $100,000 to $130,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
