Our people constitute a key element of our success. We strongly support the power of our team, offering young people the chance to grow and own their career journey in a progressive & innovative working environment with passion, humbleness, and perseverance. Teamwork, integrity and career development are only some of the reasons that close to 2500 employees, each year, trust their future with us.

We are currently hiring an IT & Technical Systems Technician for our 3 hotels in Chalkidiki.

The Role:

You will be the on-site “eyes and hands” of our above-property IT team. Most system maintenance is now carried out remotely by our IT specialists, so your role is practical and hands-on: keeping in-room technology, low-voltage systems and equipment working smoothly, and being the friendly first point of contact for colleagues who need technical help.

The role covers our 3 hotels in Chalkidiki, with your week shared between them. The ideal base is Nea Moudania or Polygyros, as the distances to all three properties are similar.

Some of the responsibilities you will be entrusted with:

  • Installing, connecting and troubleshooting in-room technology: resetting and setting up TVs, connecting room telephones, reconnecting cameras and other devices.
  • Handling cabling, connectors, network points and low-voltage systems (CCTV, alarms, TV/satellite, telephony), in close cooperation with the Maintenance team.
  • Acting as the on-site link with our above-property IT specialists: following their guidance, checking devices and connections, and reporting issues clearly.
  • Providing basic, everyday PC support to hotel departments (printers, peripherals, basic computer use).
  • Supporting new hotel openings (turn-key phase) and the first months of operation, when technical workload is at its highest.
  • Keeping technical equipment in good working order and flagging faulty devices for replacement.

Requirements

Useful to have:

  • A technical diploma or certification as an electrician or electronics installer (e.g. IEK/EPAL or equivalent). A recognised electrical installer licence is a plus.
  • Experience with installations of alarms, CCTV, satellite/TV systems, structured cabling or similar, ideally with a technical installation company.
  • Basic understanding of networks and connected devices (Wi-Fi, IP cameras, routers/switches at user level).
  • Basic computer skills and comfort helping colleagues with everyday PC issues.
  • A valid driving licence and your own vehicle, as the role covers 3 properties.
  • Good knowledge of English. A second language is a plus.

What you will bring:

  • A positive, helpful attitude and a genuine willingness to support colleagues and guests.
  • Clear communication skills, especially when describing an issue to remote IT specialists.
  • Commitment, reliability and the ability to work independently across different locations.
  • A practical, problem-solving approach and the ability to prioritise when several requests come in at once.
  • Eagerness to learn new hotel technologies. No in-depth IT specialisation is required, as training and remote support are provided by our IT team.

Benefits

You will benefit from:

  • Mileage allowance (per km) for travel between the hotels.
  • Accommodation in case of major incidents, subject to availability.
  • Becoming a member of an organisation whose number one priority is its people, that cares about their well-being and gives them room to grow and develop their skills.
  • Various and diverse opportunities within the Group.
  • Feeling safe and secure within a fast-paced organisation.
  • A competitive remuneration package.

Pay Transparency

All candidates invited to interview will be informed of the starting salary range for the role before their first interview. The starting salary is set within this range on the basis of objective, gender-neutral criteria related to the requirements of the role. In line with Greek Law 5316/2026 on pay transparency, we will not ask about your current or previous salary at any stage of the selection process. All information provided to candidates will be made available in a format accessible to persons with disabilities, taking into account their specific needs.

We are committed to equal pay for equal work or work of equal value, and to non-discrimination on any ground, including gender, gender identity or characteristics, sexual orientation, age, disability or chronic illness, race, colour, national or ethnic origin, descent, religious or other beliefs, family or social status, or any other ground protected under applicable law.

All applications will be handled in strict confidentiality.
