本校的辦學宗旨是服務社會，提供德、智、體、群、美五育兼備的全人教育，發揚校訓：「 誠、恕、愛 」的精神，並培養學生正確的人生觀和價值觀，發展學生個人潛能，為初等教育奠立良好基礎。
能兼教音樂、體育者優先
- 持有認可大學學位
- 必須通過《基本法及香港國安法》測試要求
- 符合教育局規定的語文教師要求或相關教育專業資格優先
