Wavemaker & EssenceMediacom

We’re looking for a mix of emerging and experienced talent—ranging from Executives (early-career professionals building foundational skills) through to senior leaders at Director level. You may be developing your core capabilities in planning and buying, or bringing deep strategic expertise and leadership experience. Across all levels, we value curiosity, collaboration, and a passion for media, along with the ability to deliver results, build strong relationships, and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving landscape.

Research shows that candidates from underrepresented backgrounds often don't apply for roles if they don't meet all the criteria.

At WPP Media, we strongly encourage you to apply if you’re interested: we'd love to know how you can positively impact our team with your experience!
