Requirements
- Fluency in English
- Ability to communicate in a clear, polite, and friendly manner
Main Activities & Responsibilities
- Deliver service and support customers by phone in the English language
- Give information, solutions on the offered products/services
- Ensure the highest level of Customer Service
- Update all new customers' requests in the company' software
