The Posting

Remote in the Pacific or Mountain time zones. Reports to the lead of our Solutions team.

Be the trusted voice behind utility programs that help millions of households choose efficient products.

About Enervee

We run utility energy programs on a platform we built and own. Utility customers shop our white-label marketplaces and get rebates, financing and program enrollment instantly at checkout. We reach over 39 million households across North America, and our patented Enervee Score shows every shopper which products save the most energy.

We are a small, profitable team with leaders who average ten years at the company, and we use AI in everything we do.

Our culture

  • Mission first. We are driven by making energy efficiency the easy choice for households and utilities.
  • Kind. We treat each other, our partners and their customers with respect and generosity.
  • Self-directed. We trust people to own their work, without layers of management.
  • Entrepreneurial. We think like owners, move quickly, and build what the market needs.

The role

You will help run our utility programs day to day and be the clear, steady voice our utility partners hear from. Many of our partners are on the West Coast, so you will keep their programs running smoothly through their business hours.

You will work with program managers at our utility partners and with our customer care, commerce, engineering and growth teams.

What you will do

  • Be the day-to-day contact for program managers at your utilities, answering questions and resolving issues quickly.
  • Lead regular meetings with utility program teams to review performance, plan what's next and keep everyone aligned.
  • Configure programs on our platform, from rebates and eligibility rules to new product categories.
  • Deliver monthly program reporting with our analyst team.
  • Write partner updates, launch plans and documentation that busy people actually read.
  • Coordinate program launches and campaigns with our marketing and commerce teams.
  • Use AI to automate recurring reports and workflows.

What success looks like in year one

  • Your utility partners get clear answers fast, and no surprises.
  • Program reports delivered accurately and on schedule.
  • At least one program launch delivered on time.

Requirements

Must have

  • Three or more years in customer success, account management, solutions or program management, ideally with a SaaS platform.
  • Self-starter and fast learner. You take ownership without being asked and pick up new systems and domains quickly.
  • Excellent communicator. You explain technical issues in plain language and write updates people act on.
  • Organized and dependable. You juggle many moving parts, and nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Comfortable with technology and data. You can follow a data flow, configure software and turn numbers into a clear story.
  • AI-forward. You already use AI tools daily and look for ways to do more with less.

Nice to have

  • Experience with utility efficiency or demand response programs, or another regulated industry.
  • Familiarity with rebate processing or program reporting.
  • Experience with HubSpot, BI tools, Snowflake or SQL.

Benefits

  • Base $90K to $115K, plus stock options.
  • Health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, Apple hardware.
  • Remote in the Pacific or Mountain time zones, with occasional travel to utility partners and team gatherings.
