• Recent graduates or early-career professionals with 0–3 years of experience.
• A degree in business, sustainability, agriculture, engineering, science, data,

or a related field.

• Adaptability, confidence, and resilience.
• A proactive attitude, a growth mindset, and a strong desire to learn and

• Willingness to travel and flexibility in working across different locations.
