What you'll do

  • Conduct witness examinations and represent clients in court, settlement sessions and arbitration.
  • Act for employers in proceedings before government agencies.
  • Investigate facts, evaluate claims and turn the analysis into practical recommendations for clients.
  • Advise employers of different sizes on compliance and everyday workplace issues.
  • Work closely with partners and other associates in a supportive, team-oriented setting.
  • Optionally take part in business development through writing, webinars and client presentations.

  • Solid command of California employment and wage law.
  • Sound judgment, initiative and a collaborative style.
  • A strong service mindset with prompt, proactive client communication.
