Position Summary: As a Collision Repair Estimator, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a vital role in guiding them through the repair process. This role combines technical expertise in vehicle estimating with a proactive, empathetic, and communicative approach to customer service. You'll serve as the liaison between customers, insurance partners, and the repair team—ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities: Customer Service & Communication

• Greet all customers in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
• Listen actively and respond empathetically to customer concerns or questions
• Guide customers through the collision repair process, clearly explaining procedures, timelines, and expectations
• Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the repair, providing updates and managing expectations
• Build trust and rapport to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty

Estimating & Repair Coordination

• Accurately inspect and assess vehicle damage and prepare detailed repair estimates
• Ensure all customer and vehicle information is thoroughly documented and updated in the system
• Coordinate with insurance companies and adjusters to ensure compliance with company protocols and claim requirements
• Monitor the progress of repairs and keep all stakeholders informed
• Offer value-added services when appropriate and educate customers on benefits

Administrative Duties

• Maintain clear and accurate notes within the estimating and repair tracking systems
• Follow up on parts orders, repair timelines, and insurance authorizations
• Collaborate with the repair team to ensure timely and quality repairs

Requirements

• Prior experience as a collision estimator or in a related automotive/insurance claims role is required
• Strong background in customer service within a collision repair environment preferred
• Proficiency with estimating software (CCC ONE, Audatex, or similar systems)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy
• Bilingual skills a plus
