You will provide comprehensive administrative support to the President and Senior Leadership Team, managing complex schedules, coordinating executive communications, and ensuring leadership is prepared, informed, and positioned for success.
You will bring organization and clarity to a fast-paced environment.
You will confidently manage competing priorities, coordinate meetings and projects, track important deadlines, and ensure critical details are handled accurately and efficiently, even when plans change.

You will serve as a professional, approachable, and dependable connection between executive leadership, employees, departments, and external partners. Your communication skills, discretion, and genuine commitment to service will help foster trust and collaboration throughout the organization.
You will use your expertise and technology skills to make an impact.
You will prepare executive-level presentations, reports, correspondence, and financial documentation while leveraging Microsoft Office, Teams, and other technology to improve workflows and support daily operations.
You will be part of a collaborative team.
You will work alongside fellow Executive Assistants and leadership teams, sharing knowledge, supporting evolving priorities, and contributing to an environment where accountability, flexibility, and teamwork are essential.
You Will Thrive in This Role If...

- You are exceptionally organized. You enjoy managing multiple moving pieces, prioritizing competing demands, and bringing structure to complex situations.
- You are approachable and professional. You communicate with confidence, build positive relationships, and treat everyone with respect.
- You are technologically confident. You are proficient in Microsoft Office, comfortable learning new systems, and interested in finding smarter, more efficient ways to work.

- You are a team player. You recognize the value of collaboration, willingly support others, and take pride in contributing to shared success.
- You understand the importance of trust. You handle sensitive information with discretion, demonstrate integrity, and recognize the responsibility that comes with supporting executive leadership.
What You Will Bring
- A minimum of three years of experience in executive assistance, senior administrative support, or a comparable role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage competing priorities with accuracy and professionalism.
- A demonstrated commitment to reliability, accountability, confidentiality, and teamwork.
- Two years of college or vocational training preferred.
- Previous healthcare experience preferred.
