Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake breads, pastries, rolls, and other bakery products according to standard recipes.
• Ensure product quality, taste, presentation, and consistency.
• Plan and prepare daily bakery production according to operational requirements.
• Maintain proper storage and rotation of ingredients and finished products.
• Monitor ingredient usage and help control food costs and waste.
• Ensure the bakery work area and equipment are clean and well maintained.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use.
• Support buffet, banquet, restaurant, and special-event bakery requirements.
• Assist in maintaining appropriate stock levels and inform the supervisor when supplies are required.
• Guide and support Commis Chefs and other team members in daily bakery tasks.
• Work closely with other Culinary and Food & Beverage teams to support smooth hotel operations.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
