• Operation management : Supervise all beneficiation plant activities, ensuring smooth operations, timely start-ups/shut downs, and achieving output targets.
• Process Control: Monitor and adjust critical parameters (temperature, pressure, density, slurry flow) to maintain optimal performance and product quality.
• Safety & Compliance: Sound knowledge on Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols( LOTO,PTW,Inspections)
• Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate plant operators, delegate tasks, and manage shift manpower effectively.
• Troubleshooting: Identify operational issues, equipment malfunctions, and implement corrective actions, coordinating with maintenance teams.
• Coordination: quality control, and logistics for seamless raw material supply and product handling.( For DRY MRP RMHS operation)
• Reporting: Maintain accurate shift logs, performance reports, and detailed handover notes for the next shift.
• Experience: Proven experience in iron ore or mineral beneficiation processes will be better

Qualification – Diploma and B.Tech – Mechanical
