  • Lead pre-release QA procedures for storefront themes, localized content, discount logic, and new application features across desktop and mobile devices.
  • Configure, test, and manage digital promotional campaigns and discount logic in Shopify, coordinating go-live timing in sync with marketing launches.
  • Maintain catalog integrity across all US product listings, spec sheets, and Google Merchant Center feeds to guarantee data and pricing accuracy.
  • Analyze and report weekly storefront KPIs—including conversion rates, funnel drop-offs, and site speed—providing actionable insights and immediate optimizations.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations or webshop management, with direct expertise using Shopify and digital analytics platforms.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a disciplined, mobile-first testing mindset to catch discrepancies in localization, pricing, and visual presentation.
  • Proven analytical capability using tools such as GA4 or Shopify Analytics to diagnose funnel friction and communicate findings clearly to cross-functional teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, paired with a collaborative approach and the initiative to escalate and resolve roadblocks swiftly.
  • Flexibility to coordinate effectively across international time zones and an egoless, proactive attitude aligned with PERGOLUX core values.

BENEFITS

  • Retirement plan options.
  • Paid vacation and sick days.

  • Professional growth opportunities in a rapidly scaling e-commerce company.
  • Team culture & events including team-building activities, seasonal celebrations, and after-work gatherings.
