The Posting

About the company

Our client is a fast-growing marketplace company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own how new hires in a growing client-facing team are brought on board, ramped up and developed over time. Create training programs and reusable learning content, and track how they affect team results. Collaborate with leaders and high performers to convert proven habits into a repeatable curriculum.

What you'll do

  • Create and operate a structured onboarding path that carries new hires from day one through their first success and into a full workload.
  • Develop ongoing learning for experienced team members, using workshops, one-on-one coaching, reference guides and skills assessments.
  • Work with senior specialists to build training tailored to each market segment so the team gains genuine subject knowledge.
  • Set clear quality standards for the team's core activities and promote consistent execution.
  • Convert informal knowledge into organized, reusable materials and keep a central resource library current and easy to navigate.
  • Help the team grow in stakeholder management and in partnering effectively with hiring managers.
  • Track how training affects speed to productivity, work quality and placement rates, then refine programs using the data.

What we're looking for

  • 4 to 7 years of relevant experience, including building enablement or learning and development programs from start to finish.
  • A background in recruiting, hiring or HR technology, or the ability to get up to speed on recruiting quickly.
  • Experience supporting teams of 15 or more individual contributors.
  • Comfort building a working program from very little starting material.
  • Strong coaching skills that earn trust and lead to real changes in how people work.
  • Experience developing and tracking metrics such as time to productivity and quality, and adjusting programs based on them.
  • Ability to work on-site five days a week.

Bonus points

  • Prior enablement work in a marketplace, sales or recruiting-services environment.
  • Experience at an early-stage startup.
  • Familiarity with learning platforms, call review tools and basic analytics.
  • Experience creating learning or feedback systems with AI.
