Job Responsibilities:
- Have a full working knowledge and capability to supervise, correct and demonstrate all duties and tasks in the assigned Place of Work to the standard set
- Be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the Company
- Handle guest enquirers in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests
Job Requirements:
- 3 years’ experience in similar capacity in a 5 star luxury Hotel, Resort or Casino environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese. English preferable
- Knowledge of chemical usage and machinery operation preferred
