Business Recruiter

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a growing AI company as a Business Recruiter, owning full-cycle hiring across business and operations functions. You will partner with recruiting and executive leadership to build the talent pipelines and hiring practices that support the company's growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Run full-cycle recruiting for strategic projects, operations, and go-to-market roles, from sourcing and screening through interviews and closing.
• Build proactive pipelines of candidates with backgrounds in finance, consulting, private equity, technology, and operationally rigorous roles.
• Partner with recruiting and executive leaders to define hiring profiles, prioritize searches, and run structured interview processes.
• Develop and improve recruiting infrastructure, including scorecards, interview rubrics, sourcing tools, and offer processes.
• Track funnel metrics, evaluate conversion at each stage, and refine recruiting strategies based on results.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 3 years of recruiting experience, with a strong track record in full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through close.
• Experience in both agency and corporate in-house recruiting, including hiring at a high-growth startup.
• Experience building pipelines for business leaders and candidates from finance, consulting, private equity, or technology backgrounds.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with executives and business leaders.
• Comfort working with ambiguity, taking initiative, and using funnel data to guide decisions.
• Experience with recruiting tools such as Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter is relevant.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary range: $150,000 to $225,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

LOCATION

On-site, five days per week in San Francisco, California.
