• Solve Scalability & Caching Problems: Architect resilient backend services handling high-traffic e-commerce patterns and complex cache invalidation logic
• End-to-End Empowerment: Treat 100+ internal developers as your customers by building tools they genuinely love to use
• Production Excellence: Write clean, reviewable Go code, manage Terraform/Terragrunt setups, deploy to K8s clusters, and run on-call for your services
• Advanced Engineering Culture: Work in an agile, English-speaking environment with high standards for code quality, mentorship, and pragmatic delivery
• A senior engineer operating at a higher level of seniority, with 5+ years of focused experience writing production Go and designing scalable systems
• A believer in full ownership: You don't just write code; you ship it, manage its Helm charts, monitor it, and own its availability
• Hands-on with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Postgres, Redis, and GitLab CI
