Product Manager, Product Growth

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a growing consumer gaming platform as a Product Growth Manager focused on its creator ecosystem. You will build the creator growth function, helping creators move from their first visit to publishing a game.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own growth across the creator journey, identifying opportunities and shipping experiments that improve acquisition, activation, and engagement.
• Build mockups and prototypes to test product ideas quickly, then partner with front-end engineers to bring successful concepts to production.
• Analyze user behavior, run A/B tests, and turn findings into growth strategies.
• Gather feedback from creators and translate it into product improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data partners to shape the roadmap and scale the growth function.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Two to four years of product management or product growth experience on consumer products, with hands-on ownership of growth experiments and measurable outcomes.
• Experience building prototypes yourself, such as through coding, scripts, or side projects.
• Strong data analysis skills, including familiarity with SQL, Python, product analytics tools, and A/B testing.
• Technical product experience and strong computer science fundamentals.
• Background in consumer AI for user-generated content or games, and familiarity with creator platforms, games, or two-sided marketplaces.
• A hands-on individual contributor who can work independently and partner across product, design, and engineering.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary: $165,000 to $250,000 annually. Employer visa sponsorship is not available.
