The Posting

As the Senior Payroll Manager at Batgroup, you will be the cornerstone of our operational HR and administration across our three distinct brands : Batmaid, Putzfrau, and Batsoft. In this dynamic, high-impact role reporting directly to the COO, you will lead a talented team of professionals to ensure a seamless, compliant, and highly efficient experience for our cleaning agents and clients.

You are a problem-solver and a natural leader who thrives on optimizing processes and bringing positive energy to your team. While your core focus is driving HR and Payroll excellence for our massive field workforce, you will also own critical brand-level compliance, external corporate audits, and oversee specific invoicing operations, bridging the gap between HR administration, legal governance, and operational finance.
