• รายงานยอดขายประจำวันให้กับทีมบริหาร
• จัดทำรายงานประจำวันเกี่ยวกับยอดขาย การดำเนินงานของร้าน ปัญหาที่พบ และผลลัพธ์จากการฝึกอบรมพนักงาน
• ฝึกอบรมและให้คำแนะนำแก่พนักงานใหม่
• วิเคราะห์คู่แข่งโดยการสังเกตและประเมินร้านค้าของคู่แข่ง
• ตรวจสอบคุณภาพของวัตถุดิบและวันหมดอายุให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน
• จัดการและควบคุมสต็อกสินค้า เพื่อให้มีปริมาณเพียงพอสำหรับการขาย
• ตรวจสอบและอัปเดตสต็อกสินค้าอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
• ตรวจสอบการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายและมาตรฐานของบริษัท
• จัดทำและบริหารตารางงานประจำวันของพนักงาน
• ปฏิบัติงานเพิ่มเติมตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
