Split out from the former single Floor Trainer JD per your direction: this role carries the training plan/curriculum development, tracking, and safety/compliance training coordination duties, while hands-on shop-floor machine/welding/coating instruction now lives in the separate Manufacturing Floor Trainer JD. Both roles draw on the same original source documents (UCF Manufacturing Trainer, the Manufacturing Trainer Position Profile, and the Fabrication and Manufacturing Compliance Trainer document).
