職務の目的および主な業務内容

Job Purpose & Key Responsibilities

地域に根ざしたエコシステムの構築と実施をリードし、予防医療を日常の臨床実践に組み込むことでCVMD患者のＱＯＬ向上を目指し、ワクチン接種の普及に貢献できる人材を募集致します。

主な診療科は循環器、糖尿病、腎臓内科です。

幅広い知識と交渉力、社内ステークホルダーを巻き込む能力、コーディネーターとしての能力が求められます。ワクチンビジネスに変革を起こせる部隊です。一緒に新しい歴史を作っていきませんか？

1. 各病院に於けるワクチン接種のオートメーション化
2. 中核病院、医師会、等のステークホルダーを巻き込んだ戦略立案及び実行
3. 医療従事者への製品および疾患領域に関する情報提供活動
4. CVMD治療戦略に基づいたアクティビティの実行
5. 地域、医師の環境に応じた社内連携のコーディネート

必要な条件Basic Qualification

スキル Skill

• 対人関係への対応能力、コミュニケーション力（周りを巻き込む能力）、交渉力
• 戦略的に、大学・大病院攻略できるスキル
• 新しい状況・環境にも速やかに順応できる柔軟性と乗り越え回復することができるレジリエンス
• ガバナンスを十分理解し自分で判断できる能力

経験 Experience

• 【必須要件】製薬業界で循環器、糖尿病領域の経験３年以上

学位/資格/語学力 Education/certification/Language

• MR資格
• 普通自動車免許

望ましい条件 Preferred Qualification

スキル Skill

• ヘルスケアネットワーク構築や予防臨床プログラムの経験
• 日本のヘルスケア政策および償還システムに関する知識
• 医療チーム及び商業チーム間の連携経験
• 地域的試行を広域的な実施へとスケールアップした経験

経験 Experience

• プロジェクトマネジメント・プロジェクトリード
• 製薬企業におけるKAMの経験

学位/資格/語学力 Education/certification/Language

• 医療経営士
• 生命科学、医学、薬学、または関連分野における知識
• ヘルスケア戦略および現場実行の役割での経験
